Edible Lip Scrub

Standard

So I’m one of those people who loves Pinterest, but never tries to make anything. I’m like, the least crafty person ever.
This scrub I found on Pinterest sounded pretty easy. And I had all of the ingredients.
With a little tweak, I made the best lip exfoliating scrub!

My recipe:
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil in a small bowl and mix well.

Apply to lips with fingers in small circular motions for about 30 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Using coconut oil tastes way better and is so good for your lips! But it also solidifies at room temperature, so if you want yours liquidy, just warm it up! I like mine more crumbly, so I keep it in the fridge and scoop some out with my fingers. I have to keep it away from the kids, though because they keep trying to eat it 😉
